You can place an order with us in one of three ways:

1. Contact us:
You can contact us instantly using the Inquiry Form, or send us a fax or e-mail, or give us a telephone call (numbers and addresses are also provided on the Inquiry Form). In addition to our Japanese staff we also have English speaking staff, all of whom will help to process your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Any extra details that you could provide concerning bike types or specifications, would help us to respond to your requests that much faster.

2. Visit us:
If you'd prefer to select your order stock in person, we can arrange for your visit to our premises and stockyards here in Japan (see map, right), so that you can choose from the vehicles available. Alternatively we can supply you with an agent who will organise your personal access into local vehicle auction houses and our extensive dealer network. For the arrangement of this network access and our full assistance and support we charge a minimal fee in Japanese yen (¥).

3. Supported Dealer:
When you become a Kanmon-Auto Trading Ltd. Supported Dealer, not only do you benefit from direct access to auction houses and our extensive dealer network, but we will also provide numerous extra services. Please contact us directly for more information or to register for this service.

Shipping:
All orders are shipped in containers of either 20-foot (60 vehicle capacity) or 40-foot (135 vehicle capacity) length. We ship from Moji, Hakata and Kobe ports in Japan. However we regret that Kanmon-Auto is unable to fulfil orders for individual bikes; we only deal in bulk orders by the container-load. We employ a system of container packing that we have developed and refined over our numerous years in business, which ensures that your entire order will reach you in ideal condition.
